I called in to see if they had a last-minute oil and filter change time available – and they were able to accommodate. The guy who worked there seemed very friendly and the price seemed standard for a self owned shop in Vancouver. I will likely come again as long as all seems to go well between now and my next filter change.

I have only been going here recently but I have been impressed this far. Here’s the story: my engine light came on and I asked a friend for a reliable mechanic in Vancouver. He sent me here. I called in and set up a time for the next day. They plugged my car into their computer and figured out the issue (spark plugs + misfiring). They got it done fairly quickly and at a fairly reasonable price. A week later, another spark plug went and a bit irritated by that since the car was just seen. I brought it in again and the fixed it right up (very quick) and didn’t charge me for labour. Happy with their costumer service and they just feel honest and trust worthy. I’ll be coming here for all my car needs.

I’ve always relied on big box stores for auto services. After a high and seemingly complicated quote from my usual shop recently. A friend of mine decided to help me get a second opinion at an independent shop. We found Amin and gave the store our request for the most crucial fix. He gave us a very reasonable quote (per GPT) on a CV axle replacement highlighting potential extra for labor depending on the bearings. We found him transparent and decided to give it a go. The extra labor was not needed nor charged in the end. We also were able to stand around and learn some auto mechanics when they were starting. While at it, we also asked what he would do for the other items mentioned in my other quote. After again a reasonable quote, explanation of the parts in question and scrapping unnecessary items, we decided to commit to the fixes all in one go. We came in late in the morning and were able to come pickup the end of the day. We were stuck in traffic when we returned for the pickup, but the store owner waited for us before closing shop. We had a really great experience and can recommend Amin to anyone with minimum auto knowledge but also want to save on a honest job with their cars. Give them a look and decide for yourself.
